Returns
In the occasional event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. After receiving the return goods, we will refund your full payment.

We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the road, you can trace the shipping company. For overseas orders this process sometimes can take up to 30 days.
